| Request a refund | See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, then email us or Paddle. We refund any subscription bought here in full, on request, within 30 days of the charge. No reason needed. |
| Get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted | Email us. This site does not collect your name or email, so include your unlock link or your receipt — otherwise there is nothing to match you to. See the Privacy Notice. |

What we cannot help with
Steady is a tracking and calculation tool, not a medical service. We cannot advise you on your medication, your dose, or your treatment, and we will not try to. Those questions belong with your prescriber or your pharmacist. If you feel unwell, seek medical help rather than emailing us.
