Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers purchases made on this website only. If you subscribed inside the Steady app through the Apple App Store instead, that purchase is handled by Apple under their refund process, and we cannot refund it — contact Apple directly.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, for any reason, using the subscription-management link in the receipt Paddle emails you after each payment. You can also email support+glp@llabs.top from the address you bought with.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds
We refund any subscription bought here in full, on request, within 30 days of the charge. No reason needed.
Ask by emailing support+glp@llabs.top from the address you used to buy, or through paddle.net. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to prove how much you used the app.
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for the purchase, back to the payment method you used. Paddle typically returns the money within 3–5 business days of approval, though your bank may take longer to show it.
Renewals
If a renewal charged you unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, or you did not realise the subscription was recurring — tell us. We would rather refund a renewal nobody wanted than keep it.
If the app will not work for you
A subscription bought here is useless without the Steady app. If you cannot install it, cannot unlock your purchase in it, or your device is not supported, contact us and we will either fix it or refund you in full — this applies regardless of any time limit above.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because a subscription here gives you immediate access to digital content, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins straight away, which under EU and UK rules can end that withdrawal right early. We do not rely on that. Our own refund terms above apply either way, and are at least as generous.
